Buyer's Agent

If you're looking to purchase a property — whether for personal use or as an investment — we’ll guide you through the entire process with care and expertise.
After a thorough analysis of the market and your options, we can accompany you on viewings and represent you in all further communication, whether with the seller directly or through their agent.

We understand that representing buyers comes with its own specifics. But if you place your trust in us, we’ll treat it as an opportunity to apply our experience — carefully verifying both the legal and technical condition of the property — to make the entire process as safe and smooth as possible.

The price of this service depends on the complexity of the case. We’ll be happy to agree on the fee with you in person.

Financing Asistance

If you've already found your ideal property and decided to finance it through a mortgage, we offer the services of our trusted partner, Mr. Boris Ilić, who brings several years of experience in mortgage brokerage.
Upon our recommendation, he will be happy to meet with you and prepare a tailor-made offer from all available banks.

Once you've made your choice, he will personally guide you through the entire financing process — from submitting the application to the disbursement of the loan.
Ongoing care is naturally part of the service, including timely refinancing options to help you achieve the lowest possible monthly payments as soon as the opportunity arises. This service is provided to you free of charge.

Professional property valuation

If you need an official property valuation — for example, for inheritance proceedings — we are ready to respond promptly, delivering a final written opinion within 48 hours after receiving all required documents. These typically include the land registry extract (or at least the property reference number), technical documentation, and any available records of renovation costs.

If needed, we can also arrange a valuation by one of our certified court-appointed experts, whose appraisal report is accepted by all major financing banks.
