Legal Information and Terms of Service
1. Brokerage Services
Bonamente s.r.o. provides real estate brokerage services for the sale and purchase of properties under agreements concluded pursuant to Section 774 et seq. of the Slovak Civil Code.
Each contractual relationship is voluntary, transparent, and—unless otherwise agreed with the client—non-exclusive. This means clients have the right to engage with other real estate agencies simultaneously.
2. AML – Anti-Money Laundering Measures
Bonamente s.r.o. complies with Slovak Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (commonly referred to as the AML Act).
In line with this law, we may conduct client identification using a valid ID and keep records of transactions that may fall under these obligations—especially those exceeding EUR 1,000 or involving payment in Bitcoin (BTC).
3. GDPR – Data Protection
We handle personal data with care and responsibility. All personal information is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
Clients provide written consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of brokerage services and contractual communication. We do not share data with third parties unless legally obligated or authorized.
4. Payments in Bitcoin (BTC)
Bonamente s.r.o. accepts payment for its brokerage services in cryptocurrency, specifically Bitcoin (BTC).
Transaction values are converted to EUR based on the CoinMarketCap exchange rate at the last full hour before payment is received.
A payment is considered received once it has been confirmed on the blockchain.
We store transaction records in accordance with applicable Slovak accounting and tax laws. Bonamente uses a secure company-owned wallet (Trezor) for receiving cryptocurrency payments. Learn more on our page about Bitcoin payments.
