II. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

We process personal data of clients, contractual parties, buyers, sellers, and their representatives for the purpose of providing real estate services, including the brokerage of property sale, purchase, and lease. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest.

We also process personal data for:

Preparing contracts (purchase agreements, lease agreements, brokerage contracts, reservation agreements, viewing records, handover protocols, title transfer proposals)
Managing contracts and related documents in our internal systems
Providing legal services via our partner law firm and mortgage services via cooperating financial advisors
Real estate advertising and online listings (personal data are not visible to third parties)
Handling claims and complaints (based on legal obligations)
Accounting, postal, and archiving purposes (e.g. invoices, tax and accounting records)

IV. Recipients of Personal Data

We only share your data when necessary for the provision of our services. Recipients may include our legal partners, mortgage specialists, banks, appraisers, real estate agents, or IT service providers. Data may be processed via cloud services, real estate listing systems, and secure servers.

V. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, but no longer than required by law:

Contractual data: until mutual obligations are settled
Accounting and tax documents: 10 years
Marketing and newsletter data: up to 3 years or until consent is withdrawn

VII. Withdrawal of Consent

If data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Consent may be withdrawn in writing or electronically.

VIII. Data Transfers to Third Countries

In limited cases, data may be processed by certified providers in third countries under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (e.g. Google LLC, MailChimp). All such processing complies with GDPR safeguards.
